Pre-Fall Break

The main reasoning behind this post is to lead up to my next post, over Fall Break I get the pleasure of going to Italy with my mom. My next post will be about my trip, but for now I'll just discuss behind our reasoning for going. My family is from Italy, and my almost 92 year old grandfather lives in Vasanello, Italy 2-3 months out of the year and my mom visits him every year, but now with High Point's fall break I get the privilege of going with her. Not only do I get to visit my grandpa, but I also have numerous amounts of cousins, and family friends that I haven't been able to see in many years, so I am very excited. I won't go into details on what exactly I'll be doing while there, I'll discuss that in the next post, but I will say where I am going. I meet my mom in Charlotte and we fly into Rome together, from there we'll go straight to see our family, and then head slightly north to Vasanello, the remaining days my mom and I will travel north up to the coast to visit the islands of Cinque Terra, and possibly journey over to Piza while we are so north. I can't wait to share all my experiences in the next post.
